Who looks after your data

Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica, decides how and why your personal data is processed and acts as the data controller for Boho Casino.

What we collect

We collect the details you give us when you register, write to us or use your account. We may also receive data from verification services, banks and payment providers, anti-money-laundering databases and regulators.

Why we use it

We use your data to run your account and our games, to meet legal duties such as identity and anti-money-laundering checks and responsible gambling tools, and, with your consent or our legitimate interest, to send offers that suit you.

Who we share it with

We share data only for set, lawful purposes and under contract: with our group, game and payment providers, marketing partners, regulators and service providers. Our support chat uses AI tools from Anthropic, OpenAI and Gemini, which get limited access to the messaging workspace.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it or the law requires. Anti-money-laundering rules mean we keep it for at least five years after an account is closed.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it where the law allows, limit how it is used or move it to another provider. We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18.

How we protect it

Our systems sit in secure data centres, access is limited to staff who need it, and every user of our systems has a unique ID and password.
